Everything about Highams Park Railway Station totally explained

Highams Park railway station is in Highams Park which is in the London Borough of Waltham Forest in north east London. It is in Travelcard Zone 4, and the station and all trains are operated by National Express East Anglia. It is the penultimate station on the Chingford branch line from Liverpool Street. It was originally named Hale End, and then Highams Park and Hale End.

Service

The typical off-peak and on-peak service is 4 trains per hour in both directions throughout the day. On few occasions during the day (in particular early mornings), however, and all day Sunday there's a 30 minute gap between trains. The service is every 15 minutes on Sundays now as well until late in the evening when it reverts to every half hour

Level Crossing

The Level Crossing is just out side the station. Theres an option to walk across or under the tracks. The Crossing is worked by the signal box at Liverpool Street Station. Theres three ways to get over the line, the footbridge in the station, the subway at the south end of the station wich links to the level crossing and the level crossing.
